Building and Zoning Division - Permit Fees

The Village of North Aurora has established the following permit fees which are payable at the time the permit is approved:

Rear yard decks $69
Fences $36
Garage $30/100 square feet
Rear yard sheds $49
Swimming pools (above ground) $52
Swimming pools (below ground) $28/100 square feet
Roofing, siding, soffit, facia window replacement $49 for 1st $1,000 of project cost plus $16 for each additional $1,000 or portion thereof

Fees are subject to change annually.
