Revolving Loan Fund
North Aurora has a pool of funds to assist businesses expanding or locating in the community. The amount of the loan is based on funds available and the number of jobs created. Reduced interest rates can be as low as 3% depending on prospect needs. Funds can be used to acquire property, equipment and various working capital needs.
Education and Training
The Illinois Employment and Training Center (IETC) consolidates all the services career seekers and employers need through its partners. Each partner provides specialized support at one convenient location, 2 Smoke Tree Plaza in North Aurora. It is there you will find skilled and qualified employees. Partnered together is the Illinois Department of Employment Security, Kane County Department of Employment & Education and Waubonsee Community College.
