ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUOTES: VILLAGE OF NORTH AURORA NEW POLICE FACILITY INTERIOR SIGNAGE BID PACKAGE

The Village of North Aurora will receive single prime sealed quotes for NEW POLICE FACILITY SIGNAGE QUOTE PACKAGE until 2:00 P.M. local time on Friday, March 12, 2010 at the offices of Wold Architects and Engineers.

Bidding documents, including the Proposal Form, Drawings and Specifications, will be on file at the Offices of the Architect, Wold Architects and Engineers, 110 North Brockway, Suite 220, Palatine, Illinois, 60067 (847) 241-6100.

Wold Architects and Engineers will provide complete sets of the Bidding Documents to prospective bidders via UPS or email. The copies will be available about February 22, 2010.

Make proposals on the quote forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered.

Quotes may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of the opening, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any quote or to reject any or all quotes, or parts of such quotes, and waive informalities or irregularities in the quotes.

The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before August 1, 2010.

This is a Prevailing Wage project.
